Where is the parent page?

On the home screen, press and hold the gear at the top right, then answer the question shown.

My purchase isn't showing

Tap "Restore Purchases" on the parent page. The same Apple Account (including Family Sharing) gets it at no extra cost.

I have a new device (moving records and purchases)

Restore the new device from an iCloud or computer backup, and stars, play records and children's profiles come along. To get the one-time purchase back, tap "Restore Purchases" on the parent page (same Apple Account). If you set it up as a new device instead of restoring a backup, records don't carry over.

Can siblings share the app?

Add up to four children on the parent page. The app then starts with "Who's playing?".

There's no sound

Turn the volume up. The app plays even with the silent switch on. Check whether Bluetooth speakers or headphones are connected.

I'd like note names as Do Re Mi or C D E

Change "Note names" on the parent page.

Can I change Domipo's voice?

Pick a child on the parent page and choose the gentle or the lively voice under "Domipo's voice". "Listen" plays a sample.
